Morning

Start your day with a visit to the Sponge Docks, the heart of Tarpon Springs’ Greek community. Here, you can watch sponge boats return to port, explore the many shops selling sponges and other Greek goods, and grab a delicious breakfast at one of the local cafes. Try the traditional Greek pastry, Spanakopita, or a freshly baked pastry from Hellas Bakery.

Afternoon
